Pałac Mierzęcin Wellness and Wine Resort

         "Mierzęcin Palace" Vineyard is an integral part of a vast, a property Mierzęcin Wellness & Wine Resort which was restored with care and passion. It is located on the peripheries of the Drawa National Park. The vineyard is the heart of the property and its closeness influences the concept of the "Destylarnia" Restaurant (Distillery) that operates on its premises. It is the only restaurant in the region that is recommended by Slow Food Poland.

 

Winnica Stara Winna Góra

"Stara Winna Góra" (Old Wine Hill) of the Krojcig family was founded in 1997 on the Odra slope, a place of old wine history. It belongs to the greatest in the region and its acreage is 6.5 ha. It was the first vineyard to sell Lubusz wine in accordance with applicable law. It first took place during the Wine Fest in 2010.

White Cuvee  became a collector's wine 2014 from  the vineyard "Na Leśnej Polanie". The limited edition of 500 plays was available only on the auction. Remaining wines: two white from the vineyard Saint Vincent - Resling 2013,  and two reds  - Regent 2014  from the vineyard Saint Vincent and vineyard "Na leśnej Polanie". Altogether 24 wines were being assessed.

  Wydawałoby się, że położona przecież daleko na północy, w porównaniu do znanych europejskich ośrodków winiarskich, ziemia lubuska nie jest dobrym miejscem do uprawy winorośli, a tym bardziej do produkcji dobrego wina. Jak bardzo jest to błędne założenie, można się szybko przekonać podczas wizyty w jednej z wielu winnic, jakie znajdują się nie tylko w okolicach samej Zielonej Góry, ale także nieco dalej od miasta.
